Review of service

I am satified with the service. There were two things I didn't understand. Before I have always gotten an inspection sheet showing what you checked. Secondly, there was a note on my invoice that stated I needed new front brake pads. I only know this because I read the invoice. No one told me about this. I don't know if it is a recommedation for the near future or something that needs done right away. I think the inspection sheet would have told me the level of urgency. Black f150

I was pleased with the service compared to my last visit but I was expecting to have the rep hand me the red/yellow/green check list on everything that they looked at on my truck and I did not receive that. I had question about my tires and brakes but there was no one to ask my question to, but other than that it was greatly improved from my previous visit.

Customer

Service was great. I had bought the car there, the heater core went out. I purchased the heater core there and had it replaced at home , however it didn't fix it. I called Mr. Akins and he had another heater core installed for me and hoses replaced that I had missed. Great act of kindness from the Akin ownership.
