It was ok. Sales rep was very friendly & helpful. We purchased a used F150. I still think I paid to much but hope the customer service mitigates the cost. We are loyal Belk customers. We bring all our vehicles to Belk for service.

overall a very good experience. the only trouble I've had - is when you fixed my window on my truck - the electronic control slipped down I never came back to have you fix it. that was my fault.
