Service is excellent since Mrs. Howard was assigned to Lincoln Concierge. I would recommend buying a Lincoln because service is excellent.

New car Purchase at Casa Ford El Paso Texas

Christian Lazcano, my salesman, went a long way out of his way to make this sale, especially since I informed him that I had no intention of buying that day- I merely wanted to see if I could fit in the car. He is an extremely pleasant, patient, and persistent man. Paco in finance was efficient and straightforward. The third-generation owners of Casa Ford are outstanding community supporters and have a reputation of high integrity. In the end the Shelby sold itself, and I feel I received more than fair treatment financially.

FANTASTIC!!!!!

The second I walked through the door I was greeted by a very charismatic Sales Representative named Ivette Martinez. She was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowleadgeable with vehicle models, specifications, and pricing. She worked along side her manager, Joe Palacios, to give me the best deal possible on the vehicle I wanted. I am 100% satisfied with the professionalism she displayed towards me that day and I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted. Thank you Ivette Martinez and Casa Ford for all your help!

Airbag recall service

Once the item came into stock called Shamaley Ford three times with no resolution. Tried Casa Ford once and they responded right away, setting up appointment within two days. I said date was attended to quickly and efficiently having the service done within a couple of hours. Very satisfied. Staff very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend them.
