I had a fantastic experience working with Jeff and Cassidy. I especially appreciated that Jeff took the time to show me all the features my new hybrid had to offer, and teach me how to use them. My only complaint was the forced $400 antitheft add-on which as an ex lender myself feels like bad business. However, this seems to be a dealership policy and is in no way a reflection on the sales people that I worked with. I hope the dealership rethinks this going forward, but other than that I highly recommend!

I called the night before to make sure they had a vehicle there as I was driving 500 miles round trip to look at it. I set up an appointment for the next day and they called 10 minutes before we got there and told me they sold it. I’m out $100 and 5 hours of my life. Very unimpressed. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone.

I get all my service for my Passat TDI done at Dixon Ford. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them for your vehicle service needs.
