It all started with a proactive approach from DCH Toyota, when I received an e-mail from MJ advising me that I would qualify for a special offer. Not ever meeting MJ before, I stopped by the dealership and took him up on the incredible offer. MJ was very understanding of my requests and never made me feel that I was asking for to much. The new vehicle details along with financing and their service program was well explained.

We went to DCH because it had so many positive reviews. We were not disappointed. The patience and courtesy of Naeem Randall and his associates made our new car purchase a pleasure. When we want to purchase another Toyota we will return to DCH.

We did a lot of shopping around for a Toyota Sienna XLE...

We did a lot of shopping around for a Toyota Sienna XLE and contacted the internet sales department at DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota based on prior experience with a DCH dealership. The experience was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have had. Our first contact, Anna Delany from their internet sales deprtment was excellent at follow-up, understanding our concerns around price/trade-in and getting the right managers (Ernie Forcello/Karl Boyce)involved as needed. Once we stepped foot in the door we fully expected everyone to not have records of our prior phone conversations and expectations available - to our surprise everything was electronically recorded and waiting for us. Richard Schiro our assigned sales rep was excellent as well. He explained all the features of the Toyota Sienna; including recommending an additional test drive even though we had driven the car at another dealership. We learned significantly more about the car and features with Rich than we did at the other dealership - he listened and answered our questions, explained positives and negatives of trim levels /options and was very forthright about what the dealership could and couldn't do on price - never once did we feel like we were being upsold, forced, pushed around etc. We have had the car for about two weeks now and have had a few questions on features, records, etc and Rich Schiro has answered every one of the questions diligently and quickly - proving that their post-sales efforts are as good as their sales efforts. We will go back to DCH Wappingers next time we need a car.

We have had an excellent experience with DCH, Toyota, Wappingers Falls, at each step of the purchase and beyond, with our new 2012 Rav4. The sales representatives were very helpful with everything we needed for first deciding on a Rav4 and then choosing the best model for our needs. They professionally and patiently provided us with lots of comparison information, along with extensive test driving experiences, over a wide range of city and highway conditions, on at least 5 separate visits to the showroom. The entire process of vehicle selection, price negotiating and taking possession of our Rav4 was very smooth and hassle free, thanks to the comprehensive team effort of the sales reps we worked with: Michael Gottuso (mostly), along with Debby Weiss, and Pinkal Patel. We also have two praiseworthy DCH Toyota experiences, to report, that occurred within about one month after purchase: 1. A slow tire leak (due to a nail) was detected early by the tire pressure sensor system and then quickly repaired, within 30 minutes, by the DCH Toyota maintenance people and free of charge. 2. We attended a very thorough vehicle information seminar that was conducted by the DCH Toyota staff, for the benefit of recent purchasers. This lengthy evening session covered a wide range of valuable explanations and tips, for what was in the owner’s manual for each vehicle of interest and more. Also, the food was great! I started looking at small to mid sized SUV's to replace...

I started looking at small to mid sized SUV's to replace my current vehicle and had been looking at the Toyota RAV4, Volkswagen Tigawan and the Honda CRV. I'd owned a Honda CRV years ago and loved it so whenI started researching new cars, I had it in the back of my mind that Honda had a distinct advantage in my search. My mind was quickly changed when I wondered into DCH Toyota in Wappingers one fall afternoon. I knew Toyota enjoyed a great reputation for quality and reliability what I wasn't aware of was the number of special programs and incetives Toyota offered on some of their vehicles. Zero % financing for the RAV4 was particular attractive to me and the more I learned about the Rav, the more impressed I became. I traded in a vehicle and DCH treated me fairly estimating my trade with on of the most competitive estimates I'd received with any dealership I'd been working with. What cinched the deal for me was the customer service I received from Daniel Cappola. Dan was very forthright in telling me all of the details of the sale process. He was focused on what my wants and needs were for the car, he was patient in showing me all of the options and endured multiple test drives. I admired his sales approach which contained none of the typical high pressure sales pitch and the no haggle pricing. I especially liked that none of the information given to me was motivated by a commission or meant to direct me toward any other vehicle, other than the one I wanted. I purchase the Toyota RAV4 because of the quality of the car, the incentives offered, the fair trade in value given to me on my old vehicle and the level of customer service I received every time I entered the dealership. I not only plan on servicing my vehicle with DCH but will recommend them to friends and family.

Melissa was very knowledgable and helpful during the entire buying experience. She never rushed me to make an immediate decision but instead provided all the necessary information on the vehicle, including the carfax report, and the warranties/guarantees on the car. I also found it very helpful that she enabled me to take a more extended test-drive prior to making my decision. I felt that she was honest and tried to work for my best interests. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends who are looking for a new/used Toyota.

I decided to go with DCH because I had heard good reviews...

I decided to go with DCH because I had heard good reviews of them by word of mouth and I was interested in purchasing a Toyota or Honda SUV. When I arrived they acted just as I was told with the utmost amount of generosity toward me and intelligence on why the vehicle was right for me and what it could offer me. The help me get a price that I wanted for a RAV4, that I could fit within my budget, while showing me it was a quality vehicle. The sales consultant I worked with, Debra Weiss, was extremely helpful and she helped me decide that this truly was the vehicle for me. It was overall a great experience and I am more than happy with my choice.

No hastle pricing. Would have liked the salespersons to have better knowledge of vehicle engine particulars and the truck overall. Sales staff was courteous. Overall a good experience. I did not buy a truck from the dealership in Mahopac because they were trying to up sell me to a loaded V6 Tacoma. I was handed off from salesperson to sales person, felt like I was getting the runaround, so I left. DCH was straightforward and honest and got me the truck I wanted. the sales guy Daniel Coppola seemed genuine.
