It was a very nice buying experience. The staff there are all very friendly and the price is reasonable and negotiable by a little. Just got a excellent used car there. Strongly recommended.

I am actively looking to purchase a used Jeep & Dutro had the one I wanted. Since I lived an hour away, I worked with Tom over the phone for 2 days, had given him all of my information, & had plans to drive to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Tom texted me on a Saturday stating that another customer was test driving the Jeep & I quickly responded that I would travel to the dealership that day. I received no reply for 2 days, when he then texted me that the Jeep had sold. I was extremely disappointed that a salesperson would prioritize a quick sale over customer service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who would like to be treated fairly.

Shopping on line. Dutro sales representatives have been helpful and never pushy. I have not had the time to visit but do plan on a trip there sometime this month. The prices are pretty good just hope they allow some room for adjustments. They have several used vehicles I am interested in.
