I reached out to Jaguar-Land Rover Lakeside after finding a specific used car online and they returned my inquiry within 5 minutes. Jhin Hur drove the car all the way to my house for a test drive (before the stay-at-home order began) and provided complete service records and detailed maintenance performed by his service department. Once lockdown began, Jhin stayed in contact with me to provide updates. Once they were able to re-open in a limited capacity, Jhin coordinated the collection of all of the dealer paperwork and guided me through the purchase process on the phone, via text and using email. I'm sure adapting to working from home, coordinating with all of the sales departments and wrangling documents from the Secretary of State was a lot of work, but Jhin made it all feel very easy. He delivered my car to my home and we wrapped up the paperwork in just a few minutes. Jhin and his team wore masks and took special care to be safe during the COVID-19 crisis.
