Great purchase experience

The people at ECM make me feel special. I also feel like I am getting the most for my money when I shop at ECM. I like knowing that ECM is available for me after I make my purchase if I have questions or need service.

Auto shut off

Great Experience!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and genuine. With any visit to a dealership, if you go in knowing your budget, what you can live/live without in terms of features and options, the transaction will go smoothly without any issue. That's exactly how my experience with El Centro Ford went. I drove all the way from Oxnard, CA (272 miles away) to look at a pre-owned 2017 Ford Expedition EL Platinum and what was advertised on their website is exactly what was available when I went to their store. Gamble and risk? Yes. Worth every mile driven to check it out? YES! Both new and used car markets right now are ridiculous so it was nice to get this vehicle for a reasonable price ballparked right dead center of the Kelley Blue Book value. I didn't try to negotiate the price and they were not pushy with the upsell of any options (I did pay for the extended 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for peace of mind.) It's used, so it was the right thing to do. The sales associate I worked with (Alex - good people), told me that during the pandemic they made automobile deliveries as far as San Luis Obispo. That's 400 miles! I'm sure other dealers did the same but El Centro Ford is not a huge dealership, so it's clear that their commitment to the business, to its customers, and to its employees to keep them gainfully working during a challenging time is commendable. If you visit their website and their store, they showcase winning a 2020 President's Award. I'm sure it's a big deal and if it's customer service oriented, it's clear why they won. Best customer car service

Jose is a competent and knowledgeable professional who works well with both the customer as well as the service mechanics. His ability to accommodate us whenever our car needs services is amazing - and the work is always performed in a timely and accurate manner. Excellent service!

El Centro Motors is superior in service
