I have been really disappointed by this local dealership....

I have been really disappointed by this local dealership. They said to call for best price and they only came down minimal. Then they would not answer my messages in a timely manner. Then they wanted to take the tires and rims off to meet the price I wanted. They were overpriced in the first place. I told them I can go to other dealerships that had a cheaper price than what they were asking. Obviously they do not need my 30,000. So, I will happily go somewhere else. Just be advised to how they operate.

Fantastic Ford dealer! 1 of a kind, amazing and friendly sales and service!!!! Free soda and big screen tv!!!! Always feel welcome when I take my vehicle here for service!!!!

Vehicle had 2,000 more miles than advertised. Was...

Vehicle had 2,000 more miles than advertised. Was promised a second key fob and never delivered on their promise. They are friendly and will say anything until you get your rig bought and payed for. After the sale?? Not so much!!

Customer service keeps me a loyal customer

My husband and I have purchased several cars from Goode Motor since 1992. Mike Masoner has been the one who was fantastic help on both. He is my go to guy for a new car and I know everyone who deals with him will have a fantastic experience. Thank you Goode for hiring caring employees who take the stress out of buying a new car. Keep up the good work. I will be back. I tell everyone that Mike is the guy to go to when it is time to buy a new car. Thanks Mike and everyone at Goode Motor in Burley.

Looking for a Unicorn, or a manual 7.3

I contacted Goode Ford via Email from 2,000 miles and 2 time zones away because of a specific used truck they had. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a 208 number show up on my caller ID. Keep in mind that it was 7:30 a.m. their time. Julie the salesperson, was very professional and accommodating to my request for info, pictures and financial numbers. She was excellent!!! I wound up not purchasing the truck, but it was not fault of Julie's or the dealerships. I just couldn't make the numbers work. Keep up the Goode work Julie!!

Looks can be deceiving...

It appears to be a great dealership at a glance but there service center overlooks needed repairs on vehicles and they add fees into the loan to mark up there low priced vehicles. The only upside to the experience was the salemans named Tyson who was very helpful and did everything in his power to make it right.

Very happy customer!

I shopped around for a truck and honestly began to get tired of the run around I was receiving everywhere. Just so happened to find a truck I really liked on Goode's website and Jodie called me right away to answer any questions I had. I like it when I can tell someone what I am looking for and how much I want to spend and they come back even better then what I expected. Jodie did a fantastic job as my salesperson and Paul was up front and honest with me when it came to the financing part. Very satisfied and would recommend to everyone, in fact it just so happened that my wife was looking as well and decided to buy from Jodie the day after I bought my truck we were so happy with the service. Keep up the good work!

Friendly, willing an easy to deal with

Highly recommend buying from Goode! They were fast an friendly! The service was great! An I feel they gave me the best deal on the car I wanted!

Fixed tire sensor

Had tire pressure sensor problems driving all day. Instead of charging me for a new sensor like all the other places I stopped tried to, they reset them for free and the issue went away. They also did it in a hurry and did not charge me. Thank you.
