Avoid Goode Motors in Burley – Dishonest & Deceitful on My Idaho-to-Nevada 2018 F-150 Limited I bought a 2018 Ford F-150 Limited (109k+ miles) from Goode Motor Ford in July 2025 for delivery to Nevada. Sold as-is with only a 3-month/3k-mile goodwill warranty. They completely screwed up the titling process on this cross-state purchase, causing major delays in legally driving the vehicle. I had to get the Nevada temporary permit myself. They admitted they don’t respond to the state’s requests until the customer complains. Communication was terrible — they didn’t help at all and rarely responded in a timely manner. In October 2025 (while goodwill coverage was active), I reported cold-start/power loss and downshifting after putting on only about 300 miles. They dismissed it as “how all Fords run” and did nothing. The transmission failed completely shortly after. They offered only $1,000 goodwill but demanded I sign a full release! I REFUSED! I paid $9000 for the new transmission. Strong Warning: Do NOT buy from Goode Motors. They are dishonest and deceitful. They botch paperwork on out-of-state deals, provide terrible communication, dismiss real mechanical issues, and offer almost nothing when big problems arise. Save yourself the headache and money — go somewhere else. I will never buy from them again. Date: July 2025 – March 2026 Vehicle: 2018 Ford F-150 Limited

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Goode Dealership. While relocating my family from Washington State to Louisiana, we encountered a severe coolant leak that threatened to derail our journey. For hundreds of miles, we were forced to stop every hour just to keep the engine from failing. ​When we finally arrived in Burley, Nick and his team stepped up in a way few businesses do today. Despite us arriving with our own parts and a desperate timeline, they treated us with the utmost priority and professionalism. Not only was the repair executed flawlessly, but their genuine appreciation for the Military and Law Enforcement community was evident in every interaction. They didn’t just fix a truck; they ensured the safety of my family. We completed the rest of our cross-country trip without a single issue. To Nick and the entire crew: thank you for your service and your excellence.

We brought our RV in for AC fix, late afternoon, they got us in right away, we were back on the road by 5:30pm and the price was right! The technician knew what to do and was excellent. We highly recommend Goode Motor Ford service department in Burley Idaho

Had a part replaced in our truck. Customer service was the best I've seen. They set the standard on taking care of their customers and ensuring every concern was answered and resolved with the best a customer can get. Whatever your business model is, should be the standard from which all Dealerships should follow. Thanks for their service it was awesome along with the quality repair. Thanks to the Manager and his maintenance crew for a quality job well done.

Typical sleazy shameless dealership. My 83 year old mother went in to Goode because there was an ad in the paper to come on in and draw for a great prize. Then they proceeded to sell her a used car for a new-car price, took in her low mileage used car, didn't give her enough for that, then help her get a big fat loan, at 83. Shameless. I can't tell you how disgusted I am. Hey, Goode, if a little old lady comes in to get a prize, it's not a good idea to do your sleazy tactics to sell her a car. Now her confidence is ruined and she's feeling horrible about the amount of money she's spent.

We just purchased a truck this week from salesman Jordan Ruiz, and we were pretty much overwhelmed by his courtesy, patience (with us), truthfulness, and customer service. He went the extra mile for us in every way! Our few experiences with car salesmen have never been this good. He kept reaching out to us but didn't pressure - it was the perfect combination. Jordan at Goode Motor Ford - a new and wonderful experience! And I love my truck!! Thank you again Jordan. :-)

Goode Motor is the best dealership in Idaho! They are all very helpful and have the best customer service! We buy all of our vehicles from Goode and whenever there is a problem they are always on it!
