Shortly after I purchased my car, I received a low tire pressure indicator, I went in on my lunch break and the guys were very friendly and efficient they had my tire repaired in 15 minutes

I had a Ford product, Mercury Hybrid, Transmission went out, cost $8,000.00 to fix so I brought a Certified Used Ford Fusion, due to some other concerns I did not take enough time to come to my decision, so I missed a few things that should've been taken care of but wasn't, such as making sure the car was detailed, checking closely for scratches ( had a 1/4 inch dent top near passage door, and scratches on right bumper) and the tires ( one was 3/32 the others was 6/32), They did replace the tire and gave me some paint. I felt the 172 point check would've found these things and had them done before I picked up the car. Service at Hixon is good, folks are friendly. Would buy from them again, but be more cautious.
