Dropped the truck off on a Friday.

Dropped the truck off on a Friday. Service advisor called me on Monday to say they looked at it and it starts when they try and start it. Would like to keep a few days to look at it. Thursday rolls around and she says it won’t start and they need a starter….which I said was the problem from the start. Would call me Friday, never called. I stopped in Monday and it would be done Monday or latest Tuesday. I call Tuesday and new service advisor said she would check and call me back. 20 minutes later I stop in, advisor said was told they need snow plow to get my truck out of spot it was, that would take time. I had just driving by my truck, zero snow blocking it in. Service manager then gets involved, he goes and talks to tech. The truck was NOT snowed in, not had the tech attempted to start it he said. I advised the service manager either truck gets fixed today or I tow it out of there today. It has been there 11 days with nothing touched on it by now. 2 hours later a new starter was on it and running great. Not sure why people feel the need to lie, just be honest and work with customers.

I went Kerry Oct 2022, I hit a curb, punch a hole in the

I went Kerry Oct 2022, I hit a curb, punch a hole in the left front tire of my 2022 Buick Concore GX. Kerry did not have a tire to replace it, could not find one in the whole system. I had to go to Tire Discounters on 747, they had one in stock that matched up. It cost me over 200 dollars. On January 5 I came in for 10,000 mile service. Oil change, filler,supposed to rotate the tires, they did not. There must have been pore communication between the service and the desk. I also was having trouble with the widows not going down. I was told at the desk I would have t bring it back , because they did not have a loaner. I took my car home, the windows were working again and they installed the part needed for the under seat heater. Nothing was said about this. ??????

I am sorry for my complaint . I worked in auto motive for 30 years,I know something about service. New cars can be difficult to service. Communication is everything in this high competitive world. That was what was missing .
