Spent the past 6ish months working with Kruse on my lease end. Stated I was open for multiple options- financing my current lease, new lease, new purchase or used purchase. After multiple off experiences I’m happy to say we didn’t purchase through them. 1. They did a full inspection on my lease saying I had lost too much value and it was going to hurt in whatever I decided to do going forward. Dealership we ended up going through said they never should have inspected it as technically ford owns it and will just come pick it up. 2. Wouldn’t even talk to me about financing my lease just kept pushing towards purchasing new. 3. Got a horrible, sleazy vibe from the sales manager. He was extremely pushy and gave us a bad feeling. 4. Would get 10+ calls A DAY from them along with texts and emails. Absolutely ridiculous. 5. Refused to honor my cash offer from ford towards a new purchase stating it was a regional only thing. Other dealership said it was a simple code to enter and that when those offers come from ford it has nothing to do with location. Overall I am thankful we did not purchase with them.
