Oil Change Visit

I was shown the air filter and asked if they could change them. Very polite and the predicted time was close.

Excellent Experience

This was actually the best auto service experience I've ever had. I came in early and they took my car back immediately. The manager checked in w me several times to make sure I knew how the time was being spent. The price was a third of what I expected. I'm a happy customer!

Professionally run operation

My truck had body repairs made due to a insurance claim. I requested the truck be taken to Long Lewis Ford for the repairs. The work was done completely and professionally as to my expectations. I was kept advised as to the progress of work being done. This is not the first time that I used Long Lewis Ford. All my previous visits concerning repairs were handled very professionally to my satisfaction.

Great Experience, Very Pleasant

The experience with Long Lewis was GREAT!! Our sales person "Austin" was in training, but was very knowledgeable of the Ford F150 Lariat (2012). He was very kind and considerate of our needs and requirements. The staff was SO kind and you felt like they had known you all your life. This is the first time I/We have purchased a FORD product.(always been a GM/Chevy fan) But...one of the main reasons for our purchase was the fact that FORD DID NOT take the Gov't BAILOUT!!! Ford and LONG LEWIS may have made a NEW Ford fan for life!! Long-Lewis made the whole truck purchase a pleasure. Thank you, AUSTIN!!! I hope you have a long future with Long Lewis! We will use him again!

Senior Vice President

I purchased a Ford Explorer. My sales guy, Mark Stout was very helpful in finding the car i was particularly looking for. the features i was looking for required Mark to find at another Ford dealership and he eventually found it. Someone looking to make a quick sale would have gotten frustrated, but his persistence and patience paid off.

Robert D Hoffman 2015 F-150 Kings Ranch

2015 F-150 Kings Ranch. They all were great. Good to see the left hand grip back on the F-150.
