It was a great process. We looked on a rainy nasty day to avoid sales people, but surprisingly that did not stop Wiggs. He stayed with us out in the rain as long as we needed to buy not pressuring at all. Sho the finance, was patient and explored many options for me. Everyone was super friendly.

I just purchased a Ford F-150 extended cab with 4 x 4. The salesman provided outstanding service when I approached him about purchasing a new F-150. I had such a great experience with my last F-150 -- when it came time to trade it in, I knew that I would get a new "updated" F-150. The salesman answered all of my questions and took time to show me many of the new features in the redesigned F-150. He provided me with a great purchase experience. I was also pleased that he got me more for my trade-in than I was expecting! The finance person was also wonderful. He made sure to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Finally, the tech people were also great. They introduced me to the new tech features of the vehicle. They even connected my iPhone to the vehicle's computer. I highly recommend Long-Lewis Ford to individuals who are looking to purchase a new vehicle!

After having the oil changed 2 weeks ago, I was driving down the street and a grinding noise occured under my car. A passerby was able to tell me it was a shield that covers a filter. Fortunately the screws were still in the holes and he was able to screw them back in, otherwise my car was really undriveable since the shield was dragging on the ground. It was very disturbing that that happened and made me very uncomfortable. Kevin Daniel took care of the problem and told me new screws were placed in the shield. Hopefully this was just a freak occurane, but I am still a little leery when driving. I did appreciate the prompt attention that the problem received at the dealership.

The staff had superb customer service. Mike and the Ford team made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Saved a little money too!
