Our sales rep Jeff Heath was extremely nice and helpful and provided us as good of service as anyone could ask for. He made purchasing this car as easy as possible and it certainly made our daughter one happy camper!! Jeff told us that he had been working at Long Lewis for three years and loved his job---it really showed due to the way he handled our buying experience. Once Jeff completed his part of the process he took us to finance and introduced us to Shomari Todd and told us that we were in good hands...Shomari was very polite and helpful and just added more satisfaction to an already great experience that had been provided by Jeff. Shomari told us that he had been working for Long Lewis for 13 years---took us through his first job with Long Lewis to where he is today. My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with Jeff and Shomari and would certaninly recommend Long Lewis to anyone. Jeff informed us about the warranty that was available for the car we were purchasing and Shomari went over all the options and helped us make the right decision with regards to a warranty for our purchase....once again---a great experience !!!

MKZ Service
Steering wheel electronic gizmo started to act up and I could not control many of the functions from the steering wheel (radio, cruise, etc). Scheduled service. Took the car in. Got my courtesy car and left in a very timely manner. Service advisor informed me the part had to be ordered. When it came in, he called me, scheduled the replacement and took care of it. The service department staff are very nice and easy to work with.

Not like it used to be
Had a miss in my engine and luckily was right at the dealership . Got me in and out with a rental in record time. 2 days later I had to call and check on my truck. It was all under warranty and ready . I decided to call right back and have my oil changed while it was there. I was told it would be ready in an hour and a half . I went by to pick it up 3 hours later on my way to work. When I arrived it was 2nd in line for the oil change. Being not completely ready I was upset and just asked to have it pulled out of line and paid my bill. As I got on the interstate I noticed the hood had not been latched when it was pulled out of the oil change line and I had to make an emergency stop on the shoulder. After a very disreptful offer on trading that same truck a few months earlier I told myself I'd never go back . In a bind a had no other choice and paid for it.

First leasing experience
I was referred to Long Lewis and Kevin Rima by Jo Weatherly. Kevin was very nice to work with and got the leasing process started. Sam completed the deal after Kevin went on vacation. They were diligent in finding the car I wanted.

Great Service Clean Facility
I called my salesman Mr. Willie Hatcher. Explained my situation of the need for a reliable vehicle. My vehicle was in need of repairs. He immediately offered to pick me up and assured me that he would not have to bring me back. Guess what? He was absolutely correct.
