Purchase

Did not feel pressured and was given multiple options for vehicles within my budget. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Long-Lewis and would highly recommend to anyone.

OUT OF STATE DRIVER IN NEED OF SERVICE.

I DRIVE A 2009 F150 . I AM FROM CALIFORNIA THE CAP LESS FILLER TUBE BROKE . I TOOK THE TRUCK TO LONG-LEWIS FORD TO BE REPAIRED . WHILE THERE I DECIDED TO HAVE IT DETAILED BY THE COMPANY ON SITE .THEY LET ME KNOW THAT THIS WAS A OUTSIDE COMPANY .I PICKED THE TRUCK UP TWO DAYS LATER . WHEN I GOT IT TO A RELATIVES HOME I WAS UP STAIRS AND COULD SEE THAT THE WORKERS HAD FAILED TO CLEAN AND WAX THE TOP OF THE TRUCK AND SHELL.I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER THE NEXT DAY. HE SAID HE WOULD TALK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF DETAILING . HE CALLED ME BACK ASK ME IF I COULD COME BACK IN TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT . WHEN I GOT THERE THEY HAD A RENTAL CAR FOR ME AT NO CHARGE COMPLETELY REWASHED THE TRUCK . I CONSIDER THIS MORE THAN OUTSTANDING SERVICE.. WISH THAT I COULD GET THE SAME SERVICE IN CALIFORNIA..COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED SERVICE WHEN IN ALABAMA WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE . THANKS VERY MUCH ROGER HERON .

A Dealership that puts the customer first

I am always greeting with a friendly smile The service writer is always honest and straight forward The work is always done on time and as described The service writer always explains everything and keeps me informed of all work. All-in-All, Long Lewis is the best dealership around.

great service,

They were honest, told me what was required to repair the car showed me in the manual the times that each service should take place, and lissened to what I had to say.

Long Lewis Provides a Great deal!

John was great. I know I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. There were some things I needed to work through to make sure we were getting the right vehicle and John was patient over that process.

The BEST car buying experience ever!

I really liked the laid back approach to buying a vehicle. I did not feel pressured into anything. Customer Service was the best I have ever seen. I will be back again the future to purchase another vehicle from your dealership and with Chris.

Great, prompt service and courteous

Service was really prompt, explanation on what was recommended, went over pricing shock before work was done, gave me a military discount, courteous, pleasant waiting room.

Great prices, no doc fees, low pressure, well done

Low pressure, already low price so not the classic haggle, haggle, haggle. No stupid admin costs that are really just a pad to profit like doc fees. From sales to finance guy to tech girls the process is smooth and professional.

The best buying experience ever!

Our salesman was most helpful in assessing our needs and locating the vehicle that fit those needs. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and there were no "games" played during the sales process. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the produce he was selling There were no "dealer fees" and no "add on" window stickers with overpriced, frivolous, un-needed options whose sole purpose is to increase the price of the vehicle. Long Lewis gave an up front, discounted price on the car and the amount given for our trades (we traded two vehicles) far exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Long-Lewis Ford Lincoln was the most pleasurable buying experience ever. Great people selling great products at a great price.

Best time ever buying a car.

John Morrison, was fun and great to work with, never felt any pressure, and he listen to what I said I was looking for. You could tell John enjoys his job. Having a tech person, is a great idea. Really helps.
