too many appointments for too little work

I am now looking forward to my fourth appointment to fix my sunroof switch. That being said, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely patient and understanding, however, I am continually having to make time to fix something that I told them needed to be fixed months ago.

Great Service is Hard To Find These Days

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon Trusso at the Volvo branch of this dealership. He was very professional and provided good customer service. Definitely would recommend him.

Love my Volvo! And love Northtown.

Purchased our first Volvo in 1985!! Left a terrible experience at another dealership and were welcomed and treated wonderfully by Tom Bull, Bruce Stroebell and now, Martin Hares. Everyone at the service desk is wonderful also.

I did not purchase a vehicle from the dealership but did experience excellent customer service from Brandon. He was attentive and flexible and I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the future.

Dealer contacted me quickly after I requested a qu

I used Cars.com to have three dealerships contact me. Northtwon Volvo was the only dealership that did contact me. Alex, the sales rep, was helpful and provided the information I was looking for. Even though could not find the specific XC90 I was looking for, they were a great help.

Trading in 2011 Volvo.

My husband and I live 90 miles from the dealership, so we started the conversation about trading our XC60T for a 2016 via email. Greg assured us that the car we wanted was in stock, and so we drove to Buffalo. Within five hours we were in our new car making the trip home. The staff made the transaction seem painless.
