My car has had grease on the steering wheel and driver's seat. After getting my oil changed they don't wash my car like they have before! I drive almost an hour to get my oil changed! Customer service could be better! No one appreciates getting oil on their clothing.

Recently purchased vehicle in for service for 2nd time in month. Service does not perform well nor communicate with their customers. They also push off warranty work as it brings no revenue for the business.
