Made a inquiry about a truck at their dealership.

Made a inquiry about a truck at their dealership. Found out later that day i was not going to be able to afford the vehicle. Since then, i got multiple calls from tthem trying to get me in to purchase a vehicle even after i said multiple times that i would not be buying anything. Had to get rude with their sales managers to make them understand i do not want any more calls. 0 stars, will not do business with. Will recommend others to find a different dealership that isn't so pushy.

We knew our Kelly Blue Book values, and we were ready to

We knew our Kelly Blue Book values, and we were ready to make a deal that day, but after a few minutes of trying to negotiate in good faith with Ali, our trust in Prosper Ford was quickly eroded. He would only offer us significantly below KBB for our trade and the purchase was mid to high KBB. When we raised questions, we were met with accusations, high pressure, and deceit. Ali provided the worst experience we have had at a dealership and because of that, we will not be purchasing a vehicle at Prosper Ford, now or in the future.
