I called Richardson after my local dealer told me it would be at least three weeks for a recall fix, they got me in just a few days and took care of my recall

I called this dealership for a recall fix and was taken in just a few days and issue resolved. I tried a local dealer to me and was told it would be 3 or more weeks. Richardson was amazing. Always kind and helpful

This dealership is wonderful I've never had a bad experience with any business I've done with them. My husband and I have purchased 4 trucks from them.

Had a 2 o’clock appointment. An oil change and tire rotation should not take 2 hours to complete. I did not leave the dealership until after 4 o’clock.
