Very friendly staff! Ryan was great to work with. He was extremely patient with me as I kept wandering around looking at all the vehicles. He even brought me a coffee once we were back inside.

We've been going to Richardson Ford for the last 20 years. Even though it's a 40 mile drive we go because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Their work is always perfect and their price is very fair. But most of all we trust them because they never perform work that isn't necessary. They are honest and trustworthy.

Dependable, courteous service. They were extremely busy when you stopped on, at 7:3O am, because my low tire light was on. They had me wait in their customer lounge, while they checked my tires. I saw how busy everyone was, yet they made me feel like I was the center of their day. This 80 year old woman is grateful to have them in my hometown.

I brought my truck in twice for the same problem. This time I requested a loaner vehicle as they stated that they would need it for a couple days. I showed up to my appointment and went over everything that was wrong and that needed fixed. Asked about the loaner and they said there wasn’t one available that nobody ever said one was needed. So I called for a ride as I live a hour away. I get a call the next day stating that my truck will be ready the next day. I show up to pickup my truck and same issue not fixed. They said there has to be a code set then they can fix it. Total xx. I am a service manager and when there is an issue you contact the manufacturer and get help with issues from them. I will not be back and will not recommend this dealership again.
