Thanks for dedicated, great, honest salespersons like Larry Dumas and other staff at Riverside Ford after a very bad experience with a salesperson J. Rigby November 17, 2020 involving not detailing a new 2020 Ranger XLT off-road adventure quad-cab truck. I am going back to Riverside Ford in 2022 after JR left. Riverside Ford does follow-up with customers when they have legitimate concerns. It was my fault for the delay after being intimidated many times by JR. Thanks to Riverside Ford. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Thanks to my service advisor Tonya Robitaill for facilitating the repair process. Shuttle service was provided, drop-off and pickup.

I Just had my oil change, tires rotated, and brakes done this week. Bought my 2016 Lincoln MKC at Riverside Ford/Lincoln - great car, reliable, quiet, great mileage, and, fair price! I take my Lincoln to my dealer for all service - prices are comparable to other shops. My best friend has a Lincoln Towncar; he has all his service at Riverside also.
