We have purchased several vehicles in the past from Stuart Powell Ford and have never been disappointed in the sales or service. Our most recent purchase did not disappoint. Knowing what we wanted, we contacted the dealer prior to coming in. Regina Kuchenbrod took our call and was fantastic, answering questions in advance of our actual visit. Upon arrival to the dealership we were met by Regina. Regina took us through the buying process painlessly, never pressuring or pushing us to purchase options we did not want (reasons we have walked away from a dealership in the past). By the time the papers were signed and the keys became ours we felt as if we had been lifelong friends. Upon inquiring about some accessories for our new purchase, Regina introduced us to Janice Albright. Once again Janice answered our questions, helped us make accessory decisions and never once did we feel pressured to purchase. I would recommend the Stuart Powell dealership to anyone looking for a new (or used) car or truck! When you get there ask for Regina and for your accessories talk with Janice!

Worked with Ben Johnson. He stayed overtime after the dealership closed to make sure I got the truck I wanted. The wold thing was easy, quick and painless. Some dealerships keep you forever trying to upsell you. Not these guys. They listened. They treated me how I wanted to be treated. Ultimately was looking to buy a used truck and/or midsize suv. Went looking at Ford Edge first, but found the truck I was looking for first. Low miles, 3 years old, met all the criteria. When I first arrived Regina came out to greet us, and when we said we were just looking around she let us look at our own leisure, no pressure, no hovering, but quickly answered all questions we had. When we were ready to buy, (cash sale) she let us know about all the extra things, like Resistol coating coverage, extra coverage for warranty, explained the current warranty status and that it was Ford Certified but excepted a polite no for the features we were not interested in and did not push them as many past car buying experiences have done. This felt like the most painless buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased 5 vehicles over the years. Would definitely recommend Regina and the dealership to others. VERY PLEASED!

Ben Johnson was a very helpful salesperson. I contacted him through this website and was contacted almost immediately. He kept me updated on the status of the vehicle I was interested in and on the day of purchase had the car ready for us to test drive and didn't pressure us into the purchase. I felt comfortable with the deal we were able to work out and I am very pleased with the car itself. This past Saturday my little family arrived at the dealership knowing exactly which car we wanted to look at (because we picked it straight from the website.)We pulled straight up to it and a few minutes later met Regina, our sales rep. I think she could tell we were kind of on a mission. This is where I became impressed as a mom. Regina offered to watch our daughter while we took the car on a test drive. When we got back. They had been drawing together and having a good time. While my husband and Regina talked out the deal, my daughter got to play in their play room while I rested with a cup of coffee. A few times my wild four year old went running through the halls and the entire team didn't know we were strangers sometimes even stopping to play with and tease my girl. I know this doesn't talk much about the deal itself (and my husband will leave a review about the transit connect if you are wondering) But I think it is a huge kindness that this company is so accommodating to families. Not to mention Regina was amazing with our daughter, even giving her crackers when she got cranky. Overall we got the deal we wanted and actually had fun, even with a wild four year old in tow. I will start by saying I am 57 years old so you can believe I have purchased many cars in my life. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I thought it would be hard being that I was from out of state, buying for my son. Regina Kuchenbrod went above and beyond to find us the right car at the right price. When we walked in she made us feel like family. She was as excited as we were when we got the approval on the loan. Genualy exited. I also want to mention Chris Miller and John Tyler who went the extra mile to get my son in his new car. These people have to be the best team anyone could have ever hand pick to make the best buying experiance you will ever have.

I met with Kay and she's very friendly amd answered any questions I had about getting a vehicle. She made the process much more easier than I ever expected. It's a great place to go whether you're getting a new car or a used one.

I had a warning light come on Saturday morning - electrical. I called and spoke to Lee from Service. He told me what he thought it was. Told me to drive it in. It was the alternator. They replaced it for me while I waited on a Saturday morning. Unbelievable. I had the battery replaced while they had it. They are the best at service. Can't thank Lee enough.
