I was told I would receive a phone call about that vehicle. Guess What! Never received a call back. Your dealership has a terrible reputation . Sorry U came

We purchased a Genesis GV-80 in January 2023. The vehicle is a high end luxury car that meets expectations arrived. All had appointments for 8:00 . However, their service department is so poor that it pays to go to another dealer. My appointment was at 8 AM but no employee arrived until 8:15. 10 cars were waiting for service when I arrived, all with 8 AM appointments. It required 3 hours for a routine service. On my way home, I noticed that the dash board settings were changed, the rear view mirror was changed. Solely because of the lack of service, I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership.
