Service department is lacking.
Service department is lacking. 4 hours for a scheduled oil change is not acceptable. I have been to several other Hyundai dealer service departments and all have been exceptional. Universal Hyundai service department needs to improve.

Everything is always excellent with Universal
Everything is always excellent with Universal Hyundai/Genesis. This dealership feels more like family, and I have the utmost trust in their team. That trust is the reason my family has purchased four vehicles from them, and we will continue to return. To take it a step further, I travel from Palm Bay just to buy and service my vehicles here. Unfortunately, I don’t have the same trust or confidence in my local dealership, Coastal Hyundai, which makes the extra distance well worth it.
