Took 4 days to do just a diagnostic on my vehicle. It could've went on longer without having a diagnostic but I had to call and complain. Absolutely ridiculous. Took my car elsewhere to get serviced.

The service was fine Did a standard service and was to have 2 recall issues addressed Was told they didn't have the necessary parts to do the recall upgrades and would have to come back My question is if this is a factory recall issue and you know you will be having many vehicles coming for same, why do you not have the required parts on hand? Now I will be inconvenienced by having to make another visit to have the parts installed for the recall, whenever they get them and it is a week since the initial visit and no contact yet from the service department to set up the visit This is the only issue I have with the service department. The service consultant was excellent and the work performed was done in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Universal Genesis. I flew out from Pennsylvania to Florida to purchase my Genesis. I was picked up at the airport by Ernesto and driven back to the dealer where my paperwork was ready and waiting for my signatures. Quick and painless experience. Overall a great experience.

I had an appointment for replacement of rareview camara ( recall) last minute cancelled my appointment , when I spoke to service department desk , they rescheduled apt for October 30 th 2026. I was coming Home called me to come back to dealership for rare view camara replacement and did it but Jose said they need to replace one more camara , but I have not given appointment. Thanks for asking . Mcreddy.
