Quoted a price and that's what I was charged. Work was done in a timely manner. Purchased truck new in 2015 from Bramlet and y'all have done all work.

Curt Nix my salesman was great as well as other salesman John Cooper was very personable. The sales manager thanked me for my business several times and we shared a lengthy conversation around former work experiences at nuclear plants. Mindy from the service department was also welcoming to my wife when she arrived and is always extremely nice.

Drop truck off for service at 8:00 am at 4:15 had call to see if they were going to get to it no one in service dept to be found , finally ask person that answer phone check on my truck he said he thought it was ready I had someone carry me down to check on it presented gmc coupon and was told go sit waiting room they were suppose to of received coupon at arrival . Very disappointed on how this was handled , I

No high pressure, instead he listened to what we were looking for in an SUV and quickly suggested a “new trade-in” he had received the day before. That 2021 white Acadia Denali was exactly what we were looking hoping to find. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The inside of the dealership was very clean. This was our first experience at Bramlett GMC/Kia and we highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by and give them your business.
