I feared I would be working with some high pressure...
I feared I would be working with some high pressure salesman, but to my surprise, I did not feel pressured at all. Calif was extremely respectful and pleasant to work with. Neal Lambert and Darnell helped to wrap up the sale and I couldn't be happier with my new Buick Verano, nor could I be happier with my purchasing experience. Calif has also been excellent with following up with me after the sale. I have never had a car salesman do that before. I would buy more cars from this dealership, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smoothe and pleasant transaction. Thanks again.

This is my first purchase from Deacon Jones Auto Park, but it will certainly not be my last. I have visited dealerships all over the Raleigh area and found Deacon Jones to be number one. Everyone, from the receptionist to the General Sales Manager, was courteous and represented the company in the best way. I particularly appreciated the "no pressure" approach. I went knowing what I wanted, and they found the vehicle that met my needs. I took a few days to think about it, and then went and worked the deal. The facility was spotless, including the bathrooms. I believe that the dealership operates with the highest regard for the customer and their employees. I have already began to recommend them to my friends and family. Buying a car is a big decision and trust in the company you are dealing with is very important. I appreciate the fact that the company was founded on Christian principles and continues to build on that foundation. A special thanks to my salesperson, Brent Lambert and Neil Lambert, the General Sales Manager. From beginning to end, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would give it a 5-Star rating.

Deceptive practices. 1. The Advantage Program. This $300 "insurance" that I was forced to buy although I decided that I didn't want to purchase it but was told that I had to because it applied to all cars purchased at your dealership. What is really interesting is the way that the purchase documents do not even reference it. 2. The Final Price. I was presented with a document that stated the final price was $29896. Which it evidently was since somehow someone decided that I was making a $1500 down payment. Discovered that little fact when Amy asked me for a check for that amount. Nice subtle number play. And yes, my wife and I did decide to the total price after this but it does show a certain deviousness to the way this company does transactions. 3. The dealer also installed a warped aftermarket bedliner that I had to argue for 30 minutes that it was not suitible and that I wasn't going to pay for it. Evidently they routinely add aftermarket additions that are cheaper and of less quality. I had to call 15 days after they removed it to remind them that they still owed me a refund.
