Untrustworthy and Incompetent Service! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Porsche of Melbourne. While visiting family in the area, I heard a noise coming from one of my wheels and brought my car in to have it checked. They told me they couldn’t hear anything wrong with the wheel but claimed I had an oil leak—which didn’t make sense, as I had never seen a low oil warning on my car. Still, I trusted their diagnosis and paid $4,500 for the repair. On my way back to Miami, I immediately got a warning that the car was out of oil. When I called, Amy told me to “just add oil until you can get back to us.” I drove all the way back to Melbourne, where they took my car for only 30 minutes—no lift, no plates removed—just topped it off with oil and sent me off again. Two days later, it was leaking oil again! When I called back, they refused to take responsibility or offer further help. I’ve since gone to another Porsche dealership for a second opinion. I’ve never dealt with a service department so careless and unwilling to make things right. Completely untrustworthy experience.

Porsche Melborne is amazing! Today I purchased my 6th Porsche. I worked with Hayley Lim. Let me tell you, from the start she blew my socks off. After working with her, she is by far the best sales person on the planet! From start to finish everything was perfection, this was by far the easiest buying process I’ve ever been a part of. She has earned a customer for life! I also worked with Simon Iribarren. Wow just wow. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and he is the most knowledgeable finance person I’ve ever worked with. He worked my deal to ensure he got the best terms possible and I can’t thank him enough for everything. Seems hit or miss….some reviews are complimentary, equally as many are scary. Based on my experience thus far with the body shop, unfortunately I can’t comment on the workmanship…I haven’t heard a peep. It’s been days and at least as many calls in to them for any update at all, and at least as many promises from them to give me a quick jingle. Haven’t received that call yet …. Customer service rating so far……poor
