More than ten years after purchase of a Subaru Forester from Baldwin Subaru I updated with a new 2026 model. I have nothing, but glowing reviews of that experience with a dealership that focuses on customer service and satisfaction. They took the initiative of answering all possible questions, introduced me to department heads & staff that I might need to contact in the future, all with respect and courtesy. Six month follow up was the same.

I had a great experience with Bryce at Baldwin Subaru when I bought my Impreza. Bryce was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I arrived with a clear idea of what I wanted, and he honored that. I appreciate that I was not pressured into buying something different or more expensive. He took time to explain the newer features of the car that I was unfamiliar with, and answered all of my questions. The pricing was transparent and fair. The dealership itself was accommodating and comfortable, with complimentary drinks and snacks. I was very happy with my experience, and am even happier with my new Impreza Sport—such an underrated car!

My sales rep David is excellent. He is very patient and explained the features of the car clearly. I leased a Cross Trek a great choice for my budget. David worked with me to find the model within my price range. Not at all hard sell, which made the experience easier on me. I will continue to recommend this dealership 😄

I Have to say Everyone was very helpful, my sales man Murray was very knowledgeable since he has been at Baldwin for many years The trade in and the purchase of my new Subaru Outback went very smoothly. No pushy sales pitch just good information as I asked my questions. I filled out the credit app on line and was approved for an unbelievable 0% intrest financing for 60 months. Unheard of. When I drove the car Murray brought out 2 models to show me the difference mostly in technology that was very helpful and made my Decision very easy. The BEST of all Murray brought my car all the way to Long Beach MS and spent 1 hour going over each system in the car to me. Such a nice Man I give Murray a 10 for all his help and patience Joyce U Long Beach
