Still fighting Don K and Chrysler in court for the sale of defective vehicle in October 2019. As it states in the complaint filed with the court Don K sold us a defective truck which almost killed us more than once. The steering sticks in the 10 or 11 o'clock position when coming out of left had turns at highway speeds forcing the truck into oncoming traffic. After trying to get it fixed it repeated the dangerous issue. Don K would not take the truck back even though it was out of service for over 45 days. Never even arrived home from picking up the truck when steering malfunctioned numerous times. We have thousands in attorney fees but justice will be served when we go to court. Do not buy from this dealership

Everyone was friendly. Kept me well informed about what was going on with my car. As it turned out it was a simple fix. I was told I could be there all day since I didn't have an appointment. But I was in and out 90 minutes. Thank you so much service dept at Don K.

Had a brand new engine put in it it’s been leaking from multiple locations it’s been in several times they don’t wanna fix it so they hired a lawyer to make it so I can’t get my car fixed they spent money on a lawyer instead of doing the right thing and fixing somebody’s car This dealership should not be allowed to operate and Whitefish it is a disgusting representation of our town and the people within it are disrespectful liars they said they didn’t wanna work on my car because I was upset that I had had to bring it in for different times for the same problem to different dealers and every time I’ve been in there they’re disrespectful rude and very unknowledgeable

Dealer will not take the truck back. We were forced to hire an attorney. The truck has been stored for months. It cannot be driven. We purchased it on Oct. 4 2019. Still making payments without the use of a truck. Chrysler will not help either. We know Don K knew about the problem as we found a Service Bulletin which was set to Don K a year prior to our purchase specifically about the steering on 2019 Ram 1500's. This has cost us thousands in damages and attorney fees. Justice WILL BE SERVED. Take heed and do not purchase a vehicle from Don K in Whitefish Montana.

Don’t be fooled by this dealership. Everything was mostly painless, aside from grimy tactics to lure me in, gain my trust, and take advantage of me. Don K (specifically parts/service/auto glass repair, and “GM” travis) dealership team conducted themselves in such arrogant, abrasive, ignorant, careless, and idiotic manners- that I can while-heartedly say to God himself- people like them are what we all dread. What we avoid. What we never want to become. An individual so consumed with themselves, money, greed, I don’t know, I had the worst experience of my life after I bought the vehicle and spent over 30 hours of driving to and from that dealership for them to not only fall short on their word, but to leave me feeling so shocked that car dealerships like this one still exist. Don’t come here: don’t buy a car from here, tell people you know and love not to go there. Everything about that place is shiny on the outside but trust me- they don’t care about you. Your new baby. Your overall well-being. They don’t. They want your money. And take yours elsewhere because once you sign on that dotted line- you will forever be imprisoned to their backwards, tragically comical methods for making that Christmas bonus. you’re only as good as your word- and theirs is straight xxxxxxxx

I could not be happier with my car and the service I received from Don K Suburu. I special ordered my car and they had to bring it across mountain passes on a trailer. I only get my service done there. Friendly helpful staff. They helped me when I had a tire blow out and a full car of groceries and dogs. Awesome experience every time.

Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day.
