Spectacular first-time car buying experience
Everything about my experience working with Fox Marquette was excellent, and I couldn't have had an easier time buying my first car. I felt like I really mattered, that my questions really mattered, and that they were there to make me as happy with my experience as they could, whether I bought a car or not. I received emails from Jessica Young and Kent Thomas in response to my questions about my interest in a WRX and was able to easily set up, and then reschedule, a test drive. Wes Ebright and Spencer Prusi worked with me when I went up to Marquette for my test drive, and when we realized there were a couple things I didn't have that would mean I couldn't take the car home that day, they still stayed well after closing time on a Saturday to get me as far along the purchase process as I could. When I went back up the following Monday, Wes, Spencer, and Kent were there, all just as excited as I was to help me finish buying the car. They showed me around the place to get me familiar with the people and different areas of the dealership. After we finalized the paperwork, they walked me through everything my new car could do. They really made sure I was comfortable with my WRX before I left. Not once during my entire experience did I feel like there was any pressure to get the sale over with or make me sign anything without explaining it first. Even after buying my new WRX, I know that if I have any problems with my car, or even just any questions at all about it or the dealership, I am welcome to and encouraged to email, call, or stop in anytime, and they will help me with whatever I need, even if it's just a bottle of water and a cookie. Everything about buying my first car was stellar.
