Fox Marquette Subaru

I was well taken care of by Kent Thomas the sales rep I met with to test drive three vehicles, one of which I eventually. He was patient and informative as well engaging, but not overly pushy. In addition he, along with the other staff, were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a good experience with Fox Motors of Marquette.

The sales experience. No pressure, and Wes was great about listening to what was important to me in a vehicle. I asked a number of questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he would find it for me. He tracked down my eligibility for a discount and put together all the financial options. Service is the highest priority for me, and I find it at Fox Marquette.

Courtesy and respect. We had no problems. All questions were answered very well. The car was explained to us very well.

Price was reasonable. Service was fast. Feed back was provided prior to services. Cost was estimated and did not change after services were completed.

Unusual for this dealership, this service took an inordinate long time to get scheduled (6 mos.), but once things got rolling, I have no complaints. I was treated courteously and I'm happy with the work. Was given a brand new car as a loaner throughout the period my car was in the shop.

Excellent assistance from Joe Olesky. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The manager was also very thorough and courteous. The repairman, Roy, has always been there for me and comes through no matter what!.
