I was working to make a deal on two different cars they had and I was going to start paperwork and the next morning both were purchased so I didn't end up getting either one of them

Granny was an awesome sales lady who took good care of me and my family. She found us a vehicle that meets our needs at a price that was within our budget.

Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new Chevy Trax very easy! He was also a pleasure to speak with as we had a lot in common. We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

I had to return the vehicle that I purchased a few days after purchase because throttle was out of adjustment, you should not have to move the pedal a quarter of the way to the floor before the vehicle moves, and than at a higher and dangerous speed which scares the xxxx out of you. I told this to the service manager and he said, thats the way they work, another line of xxxxxxxx, or just to lazy to fix it right. The dealership was not afraid to charge me $50.00 to fix a leak in my tire though, telling me it was a leaky valve, which should have been checked before it was marked up as a CERTIFIED PRE-OWN VEHICLE.
