Sales consultant could have manufactured the car himself!

While "car shopping" I had seen a car on the lot that I was interested in and called ahead to make an appointment to see it first-hand. By recommendation from a friend, we requested Skeeter to help us drive home in a new car. Excellent recommendation and choice! He was very professional, while at the same time sensitive to our needs (I was very nervous after being in a recent accident). I think he knew EVERYTHING there was to know about the car and very patiently gave demonstrations and answered questions and repeat questions. I enjoyed doing business in the positive atmosphere overall at Jim Hudson Buick GMC, and Skeeter is top notch!

First time visit!

This dealership was recommended to me by my CT dealership before I moved to SC and loved them. I was very skeptical of going to a new dealership due to my concerns about quality of service, costs for service, and whether or not they would compare to my CT dealership. I can definitely say that my experience with Hudson was stellar. My only complaints are that the tv in the waiting area should have cable attached to it. On the day I was there, the room was filled with 8 women and 2 men and no one was interested in the car related info showing on the tv monitor. Also, my CT dealership would always give me a printout of the 12 point safety check for my records and when I asked for it, I was told the printer wasn’t working.

Happy with GMC!

I always get quality service when my vehicle is serviced. My wait is never too long and the waiting area is so pleasant, peaceful, and inviting. Service members are always so cordial, and I'm met with a smile as I pull my car in to be serviced.

Great service advisor.

Have worked with Tyrone for many years and we trust him to advise us realistically. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly respectful an cordial a d trustworthy with a really good " bedside manner". He is one of the reasons we continually use Jim Hudson for our servicing.

Rick kept me informed on the status of the repairs because special parts had to be ordered. Receptionist was very courteous and helpful with scheduling the appointment right away.

Everyone is happy to serve you

From the sales to service to management everyone is happy to work with you. My new vehicle was cleaned and prepped before we left the dealership. The sales crew went over the vehicle and answered all my questions.

Cadillac service

Neil, Tyrone and the entire team there at Jim Hudson provide excellent customer service and as well as excellent automotive service. I wouldn't take my Cadillac anywhere else.
