Hard to believe, but I actually enjoyed the purchasing

Hard to believe, but I actually enjoyed the purchasing process I went through at Heubner Subaru of Carrollton, OH. No pressure and lots of assistance when needed! I'd rate this as the most enjoyable automobile purchase I've ever had. *This is my 3rd Subaru.

I depend on the Subaru technician ( Fred Underwood ) to keep my car in the best condition possible. I am never disappointed. My salesman ( Rob Forbes ) goes out of his way to see that I have exactly the car that I want.

WARNING, this dealer misrepresented a car and did not

WARNING, this dealer misrepresented a car and did not disclose known problems with the car. Leaking transmission seals and power steering issues. A salesman gave incorrect information about the car stating it was a matching numbers car. That did not start until the 60's. The listing stated leather interior when intact it was not. When corrected on the matching numbers issue, he then stated that it was all original. Also incorrect. The documentation they gave me showed that, the third owner replaced thousands of dollars worth of parts on the car. If you go to this dealer to purchase a car. I highly recommend you do your research on that model. an additional complaint will be filed with General motors headquarters in Detroit. A more detailed review was given on the dealership's own website.

Our 2025 Forester is our third Subaru from Huebner.

Our 2025 Forester is our third Subaru from Huebner. We always deal with Shane Laizure and have always been happy with our experience. We travel almost two hours even though we have another dealer ten minutes away. We highly recommend Huebner in Carrollton to anyone anticipating buying a car. The automotive department is top notch.

We had an appointment to pick up our new car.

We had an appointment to pick up our new car. We took a test drive and then we waited. Our salesman was trying to sell a car to another customer. We wanted our phones paired to the car and our salesman sent someone else to help us. He was unable to pair the phones after a considerable wait. Our salesman then spent a considerable amount of time trying to pair the phones and announced he was successful, but he was not. The business manager was adequate, but then we paid cash for the car so there was no financing involved. The salesman did not explain any of the features of our new car and he did not explain how to utilize the controls. He gave us the keys and waved goodbye. Our experience with Huebner was not satisfactory.

I picked up my cosmic blue 2025 Subaru Outback from Heubner Subaru yesterday and it is wounderful. This is my 3rd purchase from Huebner Subaru and I would never consider anyone else. The process is always fast and no one pressures you .

I have bought 6 or 7 vehicles from Huebners and it’s always been with a salesman that knows the business inside and out!Always got every question answered even if they had to consult BRAD,He keeps explaining running smooth and he had always put complementary stone guards on car,Excellent people to deal with even in Service with Kamie

Our experience with Huebner Subaru was pleasant from beginning to delivery. Our salesman Derrick was knowledgeable and answered every question. If you're in the market for a vehicle, we highly recommend him. Adam did a great job with the financing and patiently answered every question also. Definitely five-star service.
