I have dealt with another Subaru dealer within 5 miles of my home, but had deplorable service ..... which is how l initially found Huebner Subaru. Huebner Subaru has consistently provided outstanding service interactions over the course of the past 15 years, and l will ALWAYS deal exclusively with Huebner going forward - to the extent that l will gladly travel 35 miles to deal with Rob Forbes and Huebner Subaru!!

The car was delivered out of gas and wouldn't even get
The car was delivered out of gas and wouldn't even get out of the parking lot it was delivered to. It was towed to a gas station. Trunk was completely rusted through as if the car had been submerged in water. There is silty mud in the exhaust shield as well that suggests the same. The car was also delivered to me without being detailed. It looked as though someone went as far as taking this convertible roaster four wheeling off road before they loaded it up to deliver to me. I wish I could attach pictures.

I have recorded three consecutive days called. I was sent to the sales managers voicemail three days in a row by whoever answers the phone. I, of course, have not had a returned call. Why would you respond asking me to call when you have my phone number from the sale of the auto? You a customer service driven business. Please do your job and provide good service by calling me to resolve this issue.
