Huebner Subaru

We have purchased our second Subaru Forrester, this one new. The first one great, but we wanted more safety features. Kira Manbeck was very knowledgeable, helpful,patient and a very good represenative for Huebner. We are very satisfied with our treatment and purchase. Bill Aston

highly recommend Huebner! I went purchased a new 2022 Subaru outback but while looking at the lot I saw the Crosstrek and changed my mind and wanted a Crosstrek. They only had the one on the lot that someone was purchasing. Rob Forbes was able to hold us a Crosstrek that was coming in on the next truck. The Crosstrek was delayed but this was not the dealership fault, they have no control. Rob kept us up to date on the arrival of the Crosstrek. When we went in the paperwork was already setup and ready to sign with finance. Rob took the time to set up all apps on our phones and explain all the bells and whistle of the Crosstrek. We used to have a 2018 Subaru Legacy which we traded in for the Crosstrek. We purchased the Legacy at Huebner whenever we need service, we had no issues getting the car in for service, and They always checked for any warranties. Overall, I highly recommend Huebner as each department works with the customers. I will return to Huebner.

The sales person was very polite and courteous. All of the items that were wrong with the vehicle were expertly repaired prior to the delivery of the vehicle. However, they promised me the second set of keys for the vehicle upon delivery, and did NOT deliver on their promise. I had obtained approved financing at my bank prior to my visit to the dealership. The sales lady also lied to me and said they would get financing for me at the same interest rate. When I received the loan papers the interest rate was almost a full percentage point higher. Obviously they wanted me to use their bank because they get a kickback. I doubt I will be back at Huebner's any time soon.

The whole shopping experience was very nice. The communication through the process was excellent very pleased

I had recently bought a car from huebners Chevrolet and I can’t express it enough how helpful the entire staff was. They worked with me on trading in a car that I’ve had for a long time. They are definitely a 5 star dealership. The car I ended up buying was exactly what I wanted. Good on gas, low mileage, zero rust. It runs like a champ. I’m thankful that I went to them instead of somewhere else. They even reached out a few times to make sure I was still content with my purchase and that the vehicle was still running smooth.
