I needed to replace my vehicle as the lease would end soon.  I went to the internet to find offers. I found that Huebner Chevrolet had a selection of vehicles similar to mine. I filled out a request form with my contact information and some possible vehicles. That Sunday afternoon I was surprised to see an email from Brittany, an internet sales and customer care manager.  I was amazed that she responded on a Sunday!  The next day I called her, explained my situation, and we discussed the things I wanted in my lease. Later that day, she worked up some options and pricing and she called with a deal that fit my list.  I was very impressed with her offer and set up an appointment at the dealership to see Rob, sales consultant, to review the offer and do some paperwork. The collaboration was awesome!  The review and necessary paperwork by Rob was very thorough.  I was very satisfied with the offer.  I set up an appointment to exchange vehicles and complete paperwork.  That’s when I met the third member of the team, Brady, the finance manager, to finish the paperwork for the lease.  WOW! What a nice bunch of people to work with! The entire team was friendly, accommodating, and professional.  The leasing process was the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. The customer care was greatly appreciated.

Purchased a new Ascent today. Vickie at Huebners was great to work with. Love the vehicle, easy purchase. Subarus are just great vehicles. This is our second Subaru. Very happy with sales and service.

Had a great experience with Joe my sales guy. We did most of everything over email and phone. I used my own bank which did cause a little bit of a hassle for me and the dealer but we all worked together and got the deal done.
