Who knew that buying a car could be this easy? A choice of cars was waiting for us....We received a very fair trade value.....Completing the sale was an easy exercise in cooperation......It was a win-win.

My initial interface with Huebner Chevrolet was with Brittany Zollars who answered my direct questions with direct answers. None of the usual "sales hype" and expressions "like come on by and we will make you a great deal". That is so refreshing and was certainly why I continued my email communication with her and subsequently with my sales contact Kira Manbeck. The most important point about Huebner website is that the pricing they post is the pricing. It is not a price based on many provisos most of which are impossible for the average person to circumvent. It is infuriating that when you write to a dealership about a price that the response is "sorry that price does not apply to you because you are not a........" With Huebner none of that applied. Kira Manbeck was direct and honest in her communications with me concerning all aspects of the vehicle sale. The price for the vehicle was certainly very competitive and I want to also commend the financial department in securing an excellent interest rate. Without that excellent rate there would have been no sale. The price, the interest rate and the people involved all made it worth driving the 600+ miles from Long Island NY to complete the sale. One small criticism, you need to advertise more! It was by pure chance I stumbled onto Huebner. Literally within 24 hours before I was going to purchase elsewhere. So luck was on your side. In conclusion, you will not be sorry if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

I was looking to trade in my wifes 2014 Subaru Forester. Perfectly good car we've had for a little more than 2.5 years. My wife wanted a red car with roof racks. It had to be a Subaru. We wouldn't even consider anything else. Preferably a Forester. After a Google search of local dealerships I found what we were looking for at Huebner.I dealt with salesman Joe B. I explained to Joe our needs and wants and we were able to make a deal over the phone.That takes trust on both sides. Neither having seen each others cars. I found Joe to be very professional , honest , upfront and accommodating. Three or four days would have to pass before we could make it to the dealership because of work schedule. I was afraid that the car we wanted would be sold before we could make it there. He held the car and the trade happened without any hassle. Joe was also able to get me a better rate than my bank was offering without shotgunning my info to multiple banks. Everyone knows what that does to a credit score. This was the fastest hassle free car purchase I have ever made. I give this dealership , salesman , and my experience 4 stars. More if I could. You all were GREAT !

I live in the Los Angeles, CA area and recently bought a Ford F150 from Huebner Chevrolet out of Ohio. The reason I didn't buy in Los Angeles is because the used truck market is incredibly overpriced. Huebner had a great deal on the 2017 F150. The photos online were fantastic and made it easy for myself to buy the truck without seeing it in person. Katie Petry was great. She helped me throughout the buying process and kept me informed. They overnight shipped the documents for me to sign. Everything was easy about the process. I paid a 3rd party company to ship the truck to me, which is around $1500. When the truck was delivered, everything about the truck was perfect. Absolutely beautiful truck. Saved myself a lot of money by not buying in Los Angeles and Huebner had a nationally competitive price. Thanks Huebner.

Service and sales at Huebners can't be beat. Always friendly and knowledgeable and, most importantly, Honest ! We will never shop anywhere else ! The business is clean and community minded.
