Huebner Subaru

Service is always a few weeks scheduled out. They had my car for a few days and told me they couldn't find the problem. However, when I went to pick up my car I showed the Service Advisor exactly what was wrong in 5 mins. It was like the mechanics never looked at it. Ther were many other problems through the years and since the other Chevrolet dealers were 45 mins away I have always took my new Chevys there for service. Well, no more. Their service department gives Chevy a bad name.

I was very excited to see the the car I wanted for my husband even though it was a bit of a drive. The price was amazing, way under KBB value. I thought something had to be wrong. But to our astonishment, the car was perfect , Our salesperson Kim Richards was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance team was quick and everything was explained to our satisfaction. This dealership is awesome to work with and we'll be visiting again when we purchase another vehicle.

So far I am very please with everyone I dealt with at huebners they did everything possible to put me in my 2013 Honda CR-V

From the first phone call to the dealership until the completed delivery everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Since we live in Kent, Ohio and my husband located the Chevy Silverado on-line we had a drive ahead of us, many wrong turns, and getting totally lost we made several phone calls back to the dealership. Each call we received helpful, friendly assistants, and after a while we found Huebner Chevrolet. Since by then it was close to closing time; we were able to test drive the truck and that was about all. We were able to complete the deal via the phone the next day, and was even able to get our shiny Red Truck delivered. Kim was super easy to deal with and she made buying our truck hassle free. Not sure when we will venture back to Carrollton, but that dealership was worth getting lost for. We love our Shiny Red Chevy Silverado.

Kim Richards was superb to deal with! Patient & well-versed on the Subaru lineup. Great follow through. Features of vehicle we purchased were thoroughly explained more than once. Shane and Brennan were both very helpful and attentive to our needs. The day we bought our car they were very busy and they still made us feel like we were important and kept us informed through out the entire process. No pressure sales and a friendly atmosphere is a much better way to buy cars
