Great to work with

My wife and I decided to take our son for a drive to Carrollton to look for a new truck. We had no specifics that we were looking for but we fell for the 2019 Silverado trail boss! So we walked in the store and Brennan Thomas was right there to greet us. He was very welcoming to show us everything we had asked for. We did not walk away with the vehicle one day one but I had kept talking to Brennan continuously throughout the week. Needless to say we can to a great deal for the truck and also ended up driving away with a new equinox as well! Not only was Brennan great but everyone that works there was so friendly! The company makes you feel like you are part of the family. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! They also had the lowest prices around!!!!

Outstanding Experience!

Kim Richards was absolutely amazing. She was extremely busy while I was there and was juggling four groups of customers. She made me feel like I was a priority and was completely focused on me when she was with me. She’s a true professional! While at the dealership, everyone was extremely friendly and went out of there way to greet me and make sure I was being taken care of. Adam Ketchum in finance was extremely nice, speedy, and thorough. He made the finance portion fun and even printed out my insurance cards for me. My entire experience was truly above and beyond other dealerships. I really recommend Huebner Subaru and would drive over an hour again to go here!

Great service and price!!!

I had a great buying experience at Huebner Chevy. Katie is a special salesperson and was very helpful making my purchase enjoyable. Traveled from Pittsburgh to make the purchase and received a great deal. Would buy another vehicle at this dealership in the future.

All around great!

Traveled 2 hours to find the country open up to a bustling little town home to the Huebner dealership. Amazed by the people shopping and buying that day and was thrilled to find exactly what we were looking for and that it was tagged with an amazing price. Nick was outstanding with customer service and personal attention even while juggling 2-3 other sales at the same time. I just can’t say enough good stuff about Nick, the dealership and our 2018 Suburban.

Terrible correspondence

I contacted this dealership in the hopes of negotiating a deal. I was told through chat a dealer with the details of my negotiation would be contacting me shortly. The next day, I get contacted by Brittany who is merely a Customer Service rep and is not an actual Salesperson, a very significant detail. She was emailing with me back and forth until she finally let out that she could not handle my inquiry, again after multiple emails talking about the details of the car and the pricing, because she is"here to get business for my dealership". All i wanted was a simple honest answer from a salesperson at this dealership and I never even got to talk to a salesperson.

Great Dealer Experience!

Worked with the Huebner Subaru Internet sales team from the. Cleveland area based on the Ascent and trim options I was looking for. Huebner gave me a great upfront price and coupled with the Subaru guaranteed price on my trade in, my purchase experience was easy as can be and well worth the drive.

An Auto Dealer that stands behind its offers !!!!!

I started looking for a pick-up in early December 2018, researching carefully as the item I was considering had a price tag of almost $50,000 I wanted to make sure I would make the right decision. To say the least it was very a very confusing task. Rebates, discounts, 0% financing and all the other ways the manufacturers use to mask the real price. To simplify the task I used emails to get out the door pricing. I looked thru their inventory, selected in most cases the exact model, features and in three cases the same color and asked them to apply everything I was entitled to and let me know what it is going to cost me. Simple, right. At least I thought so. Wrong !!!!!!!! I received four responses, in writing (emails) set appoints according to the distanced I had to drive and was all set to buy. Wrong again !!! Their was always some "confusion" that they "misunderstood" something, even though it was in writing and basically they could not do what they had agreed to. But on my third try I met Josh Cole from Huebner Chevrolet, who not only stood behind his offer but exceeded it. But being a little jaded from my previous experiences I didn't even take my title or checkbook but we completed the deal and I drove my new tuck home that day.
