Rob Forbes was a pleasure to work with, he took his time and explained all the various features and how they worked. We were able to take the car on a couple long test drives by ourselves which makes it so much easier to judge a car. During the entire process there was never any pressure to buy, they even kept the car on hold for a day when we could’t make up our minds. Adam Ketchum ,the business manager, was also very easy to work with when it came to the financing of the car. The best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a vehicle. They truly have the best price right upfront and do not try to up-sell you a vehicle just to get a sale; or sell a vehicle that has something wrong with it. Being from Columbus I searched around for other dealerships much closer, but kept returning to Huebner’s website and their inventory due to what they had to offer and the price. I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking with Shane Laizure who helped me tremendously. I had been to several car lots and dealerships where I had been turned away and Shane sat down with me and told me what I was looking at with having no established credit and he made me feel very comfortable from the minute I walked in there. I would recommend Huebner to anyone. Great people and work hand and hand with you to get you the car you want at the price you want.

The purchasing experience with Huebner and Shane in particular was excellent from finding the truck on the internet, talking to someone on the phone about the vehicle (I believe it was Brittney), making the first visit where Shane was very helpful with giving us the information we needed to make a final decision to buy to the final pick up (in spite of showing up early during lunch) everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

We drove over two hours to test drive the car we wanted and it was worth the drive. I never felt pressured and Rob was nothing but helpful which made the entire process easy. We drove the car home the same day!

Bought a used Mazda and it was so easy to deal with staff that we left thinking something must be wrong. No pressure to buy from anyone. Everyone was friendly and the price of the car was good. Will return to do business again.
