Huebner Subaru

My experience with Jackie has always been fantastic, this is the third time I have had the pleasure of working with her to buy a vehicle. She takes time to find out what you want and need. Bradey in financing worked with my unique situation to achieve the best possible outcome. I will continue to buy from Huebner in the future!

The salesperson, Jackie DeWitt, was amazing! She stayed nearly 1.5 hours late, worked hard to find the car we needed, gave us $1,000 more for our trade than another Subaru dealership, and filled up our gas tank without even asking. Her motto (or maybe it's dealership's mission) is to treat everyone the same way as she would like to be treated. Novel idea, huh? Her brother, the sales manager (can't remember his name), and Brad, the finance manager, were also terrific. Huebner is a 1 ½ hour drive from Pittsburgh, but well worth it! Buy your next Subaru or Chevy at Huebner, and treat yourself to the level of service we enjoyed. Automotive dealerships, in general, have earned a bad rap. This place is the exception!

I found Huebner online. Saw the 2016 Ram I fell in love with instantly. Made arrangments with Shane Laizure, awsome to deal with. Drove the 2.5 hours easy to get to. All of the staff i dealt with was easy to work with. They are truthful, that there is no pressure. Had i not chose the truck i looked at, I easily would have found another to bring home. They had a variety and nice size inventory. Price was unbeatable for mileage and age. Will recommend to anyone!

Great price great people. I drove 2.5 hours and would drive twice that. All of the staff were freindly. No pressure fast process. Huebner is why PA residents travel. I do support local economy but i saved at least 2 to 3 thousand. I work hard for my money bottom line. I recommend to anyone to at least check them out.

I travel 40 miles to deal at Huebner Subaru (instead of my "local" dealer) simply because of their superior performance in all areas. Rob is knowledgeable, helpful, and gets the job done! This is my second Subaru purchase from Huebner - and Rob Forbes, as well. I simply will not deal anywhere else.

This was my first time buying a car and I was hesitant to go anywhere else besides my hometown dealership. Shane was very helpful and informative in the process. He answered all my questions and gave me some great advise. I was also able to get through the buying process fairly quickly which was helpful since I was only able to be there Saturday morning.

Bought a 2017 Sierra 1500 with less than 6,000 miles on it. I purchased the truck online while I was in Texas due to recently getting back from a deployment to Afghanistan. The reason why I purchased it online before I got back to Ohio, was to save time dealing w trying to find a truck and spend more of that much needed time with my family since I had been gone for a year. I saw a truck that I liked and applied for the financing online bc it said it would give you dibs and the 1st truck that I wanted from there had already been sold. I figured I'd better lock in my 2nd choice. When they brought the truck around, I immediately noticed that it did not have a flip up bed cover on it, as the in the picture that I had purchased did. It also did not have the bedliner as the ad said it did. Both of those ended up costing me close to $1,500 out of pocket. Not a deal breaker, but it absolutely was not the truck that was pictured. I was hoping for a price adjustment due to the extra out of pocket expense, but that did not happen. Also, I noticed that the windshield washer fluid was low. After a few days of having the truck, I filled it up. The next day, I walked out and there was a puddle of washer fluid on the floor. The reservoir was cracked and leaking. I feel like this should have been fixed before leaving the lot. It had a few hundred more miles on it than advertised, so whomever was driving it had to have noticed this at the dealership at some point. Both of these issues will keep me from ever purchasing a vehicle online ever again. Unfortunately you don't get what you think you are getting.
