New Corvette

I just had a very pleasurable experience purchasing a new Corvette from Huebner. My sales person was Lee Laughlin. There was no pressure and the price was right. They also arrange financing a rate lower than I was able to get myself. Recommended.

My 2nd Subaru from Kira, own 2

Kira is a professional. As someone who sold cars in the late 70's I know how things work and she did not try any of the normal "salesman" tricks. She answers the questions confidently or finds the answer promptly. It's a good feeling to have someone in the car business that you trust. The staff is always engaging and Adam actually remembered me from the fall of 2016. This is a dealership you can fell comfortable with when you have car needs!

It was a great experience ~ 🙂

My salesperson was Kira and she helped me so much in an excellent way to get this task done. I traveled up from North Carlona and did the paper work and drove mine and my wife’s newly purchased pickup back home in one day. I don’t hesitate to give Kira and Huebner Chevrolet/Subaru the highest recommendation because I know from my phone calls and our purchase that they are professionals, in the truest sense.

Purchase of a new car

Jackie DeWitt was my salesperson and I cannot say enough good things about her. Jackie helped me in so many ways with the purchase of my new car. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what she's doing. She was kind and non pressuring and took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. She took the time to set up the OnStar with me and the phone connectivity. She even worked with me on her day off so we could get things completed in a timely manner. She was and is the absolute best and such a friendly and warm person to work with. Josh was also very instrumental in assisting with this process - I appreciate his help. Thank you all so much!

Hat trick!

Third used Subaru purchase with Rob Forbes, would not go with any other dealer, salesman. Rob could write the customer relations book for sales. He is always polite, attentive and knowledgeable about what is in stock and what I prefer.

Great buying experience

I wasn't sure about a Subaru but read what a safe vechicle it is and decided to go to hubners to look and test drive. As I entered the show room, Kim Richards greeted me and she is the reason I bought a Subaru. I asked to take a test drive and she brought me a forester and explained many of the safety features and after the test drive I I was sold. I wanted a certain package and certain color and Kim was able within a few days get the one I wanted. Everyone that I came in contact with were very helpful from Kim to the person who did the financial paperwork.

I thought I had a great experience until I saw my trade in listed for sale. My salesman was Rob, he was fantastic ! He was well informed and very pleasant to work with. The closing process was very organized and quick, less than an hour. My issue is that when they presented the trade in appraisal, they said that they could not pay what my vehicle was valued at according to the black book and KBB. The reason was that my vehicle had some minor hail damage that would cost them $1,500.00 to fix. Two days later, my vehicle is listed for sale at $6,000.00 more than they paid me. That makes me feel cheated. The sad thing is that I only asked them for $1,000.

Hey Jay, completely understand where you are coming from - however, we looked up the vehicle you traded in, and it hasn't actually been priced yet... Are you sure you didn't see the KBB Retail Value listed somewhere? The KBB Value is not the price we set, it's just for reference. Our pricing is generally much lower than what KBB Retail Value is. Hope that helps clear up some confusion!
