McDaniels Subaru on Killian

I brought a vehicle to McDaniels Subaru in late May for a simple service (30 minutes routine) after making an appt. the week prior. There was some kind of mix-up and it took them 7 hours after my appt. before they even looked at my car. I understand that things happen but when I arrived to pick it up and asked what happened, Matt Nattier, the service manager was extremely rude, aggressive and inappropriate. He was very unprofessional, threatening, and this was the lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Do not bring a car here or buy a vehicle here until he has moved on.

I have a horrible and frightening interaction with Matt Nattier, the service manger, and Colton Logan, a service advisor. To start with, McDaniels Subura replaced the transmission in my 2019 Ascent about 3 years ago. Now, the new transmission has gone bad and they refuse to fix it because it is a part of the transmission and not the whole thing. The most concerning part is after a small encounter inside, I attempted to leave the building and move towards my vehicle. That is when Matt Nattier amd Colton Logan followed mei nto the parking lot yelling insults and making physical threats against me. I was in great fear for my safety and turn around to defend myself from a possible attack, they retreated and re-entered the building amd I left. This was a very scary situation and feel lucky to have escaped unharmed. So, the vehicle is not fixed and I'm in fear for my saftey and will never return to that dealership or any McDaniels dealership. They clearly don't have competent mechanics and have a violent and dangerous staff.

Great buying experience and a great car. The people at the dealership were all committed to customer satisfaction.

A super car buying experience! James was professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He knew the details about the vehicle and walked us through everything from how to open and shut the trunk, to locking and unlocking the car, the start button on the dash, and many other details. No high pressure tactics, just honesty and integrity. We also had a very pleasant experience with Angel, the gentleman that helped us wrap up everything, sign the paper work, explain the warranty, and the details with the DMV. This is our second car purchase from McDaniels and we have no plans to ever go anywhere else.

I loved my Subaru Crosstrek so much that I got an Outback!

I called McDaniel Subaru because of a recall on my Outback. It was easy to schedule the appointment by phone with an efficient and friendly operator. The service advisor greeted me cordially, directed me to a comfortable waiting area, checked back during the repair to let me know how much longer it would take and came to get me when it was done. It was exactly as it should have been.

I was never pressured or made to feel like a " woman" during the driving and also buying process. After having multiple horrible experiences with car buying, this was a breath of fresh air.

Great dealership friendly people great prices, but some salesmen are very shady on terms of what comes with a vechical and prices of remote start be careful.

We recently purchased a new 2021 Subaru Forrester and are really enjoying it. We also spoke to Allison Newman who reviewed with us the Love Encore Delivery Process (technology) which was excellent and we can’t say enough about the customer service. Fantastic!
