I was very impressed. Upon arriving,

I was very impressed. Upon arriving, I went into the wrong lot for service, and a NT service person ( Dave?) realized I was confused and immediatly, without being asked, directed me to where I was supposed to be. He even met me at the door to let me in in. Everyone was friendly, and service was fast. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you!

We are a 15 year customer of Northtown's Service

We are a 15 year customer of Northtown's Service Dept and have always been very happy with the service and the people we deal with. Even though this last visit was only partially satisfactory, we would definitely recommend Northtown to our friends and family as we have done in the past. The unsatisfactory part of our service is being taken care of and will be fine.

SCORE!!!! Great visit!

SCORE!!!! Great visit! Dropped the car and of course they could not reproduce the problem (yeah, like THAT ever happens!). I was NOT going to accept "Bring it back if it happens again" and Mike (?) said he would go for a ride with me and see if I could make the car do it. RIGHT ANSWER!!!! Mike turned out to be at lunch, but Paul the service tech went with me and he pointed out the problem is the I am heavy footed (Guilty) and how to fix the problem. I also was unable to reproduce the problem, much to my great frustration, BUT by sending the tech out to see what I was doing wrong made all the difference. Got a remote starter installed that afternoon and hoping (!) to never have the Upshift Bang again. This was a big positive on my visit. You guys rocked this one! Keep it up! (And Paul the tech and I talked cars and compared pics and had a great time; I appreciate the time that was spent making sure the problem was well documented and hopefully never to occur again!)

After 30 years of good service

After 30 years of good service and knowing the creator of Northtown from back in the fifties from his tiny used car lot on Delaware Ave near Tacoma Ave. tells my story of the Northtown Group. My personal service writer Andy Steward is the best.

Mike Glieco has always been courteous

Mike Glieco has always been courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable in terms of answering my questions. Two sales reps, Jerry and Chris, went out of their way to contact my insurance agency re a problem with my ID card, which I had not been able to resolve. I was most pleased with my service experience.
