Everything was good, except I was a little confused. Serviceman called to say my battery was getting bad. Gave permission to change. Two hours later it had not been done. I had to have my car, so we didn't replace the battery. On the window sticker it showed my battery as being good.

Sales person was Gee Cao. He did a nice job; he was not pushy or pressure us to buy, but did a very good job of demonstrating a vehicle we were interested in. Great help and explanations during the purchase process and afterwards he demonstrated the workings inside the vehicle and even set synced my Iphone to the car. I would definitely recommend him for good service.

My truck was taken in to be serviced and the low coolant light was on when I took it in and it was still when I left. The technician had to have seen it but never addressed it or talked to me about it. When my truck was brought back and parked it was left in reverse instead of park. My oil change took an hour and a half, when I went to ask how much longer the service advisor told me it was being brought up but 15 minutes later it still wasn’t brought back to me.
