I have a Forester 2023. I've had a creaking noise that Subaru White Plains pretends to not hear or states it is normal. No one else thinks it's normal. The issue was not resolved but I let it go. Then I gave Subaru White Plains my car to get detailed. Not only was it not detailed properly (someone told me Subaru is not putting a clear sealant on their cars as they previously used to -not sure about the accuracy), the roof railing was damaged. I sent them pictures of the damage. Subaru White Plains told me that they outsource the detailing (which they did not initially notify me of) but would get back to me. I have emailed, texted and gone into the service station and they still have not gotten back to me since the summer (6 months ago).
