We are parents to a newborn boy and an active 13 year old girl. We know we needed a vehicle that was good on mileage, had a high safety rating and is reasonably priced to accommodate our growing family. We walked into the dealership with these concerns. As we approached the group of desks where the salesmen each sat, David stood up at his desk, said good afternoon with a warm smile, and shook my husband's hand. We had a good feeling. He listened patiently to our concerns and found us exactly the vehicle we needed. He informed us of discounts that we were able to take advantage of. This isn't the first car that we bought and we're aware that going through the paperwork can take the whole day. David worked efficiently to get all the paperwork signed so that we could get on our way to pick up our 13 year old and bring her to dance class. David was very entertaining with his stories and very informative about this car. He provided a tutorial. The following day, David contacted me to let me know that he was still working on OnStar and the car's app. Even though we had already completed our business the day before he continued to work on these issues for us so that we could have a worry-free vehicle ownership.
