Recently I wrote a complaint review regarding an issue I was having with Milea regarding collision body works repairs. The repair issues have been resolved. Milea Service Manager Angelo contacted me, service was performed on my vehicle, dents were repaired. Problem was corrected satisfactory. Milea made good.

I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR COLLISION BODY WORK REPAIRS LATE JUNE 2016, CAR WAS RETURNED WITH PAINT SPOTS ON BACK DOOR AND A NEW DENT ON BOTTOM OF PASSENGER DOOR. MILEA OUTSOURSED REPAIR WORK TO BROTHERS REPAIR SHOP UNACCEPTABLE SLOPPY WORK. MILEA TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY. BAD ALL AROUND EXPERIANCE.

Rob Birchall and the team were great. Was towed in on a Saturday and they were able to diagnose the problem and have me back on the road in 90 minutes.

My car needed repair work and my warranty had expired. Linda at the dealership called GM because the repair work was a deemed issue with my model and year vehicle. GM picked up some of the tab and the repair work was done correctly. The repair work was delayed however Linda offered me a rental car a few times. I will continue to go there as long as the service continues as is.
