I visited Miller Brothers Cadillac over 4 weeks ago in

I visited Miller Brothers Cadillac over 4 weeks ago in the market for the new Cadillacs IQ. Terrance Cox was the salesman. After discussing the vehicle I told him I would do a little more research. He never followed up at all. I had to reach out to him 3 times and on the last time he finally responded. We had finally reached a deal on the vehicle but after I was in the sales office he stated “I’m about to ruin your day”. That I wouldn’t be able to use the GM rebate if I was putting the vehicle in my company name. I still was trying to make the deal happen and I was asking him instead of me selling my vehicle to another dealership if I could do my trade there to get the tax credit and then they sell my vehicle to BMW because they had made an offer. He told me that sounded like fraud and that with all due respect I could purchase my vehicle from another dealership. The next day I reached out to the owner Mike Miller and told him the whole experience and asked did he know his sales person was recommending that his clients purchase from another dealership. He told me he would review my deal and get back to me. I never heard back from him. Please do not waste your time going here! There is a lot that I’m leaving out but to say the least not professional nor do they care about their clients! I even asked for a drink after I had been there for hours and Terrance said he doesn’t buy customers drinks until after they purchase a vehicle. Run don’t walk to another dealership!!!!

Outstanding service.

Outstanding service. Aaron is the best salesman on the planet. A very sharp dressing salesman at that. He came in sick to help me get my new Cadillac Escalade ESV. His Knowledge of Cadillac's is unmatched. He got the Job done. Debbie is unbelievable and she helped me through all the paperwork and was Patient and very understanding. Team work makes the Dream Work. Now all I have to do is Convert them both over to Pittsburgh Steelers fans. If your looking for a Cadillac you need to go to Millers Brothers period. You can thank me later.

I had an issue under warranty that Miller Brothers never

I had an issue under warranty that Miller Brothers never could resolve. I found a local mechanic that fixed the issue quickly at my cost. Also 4 times I left my truck there for warranty repairs I found a new dent! I have told them how disappointed I was with the dishonest deal I got and the horrible after sale service and to please take me off there xx marketing lists! All was forgotten until I got another text today for me to bring in my truck for service, it opened up an old wound! Miller Brothers you are the worst! Leave me alone!

I have been going to Miller Chevrolet for about 10 years

I have been going to Miller Chevrolet for about 10 years or more. Have always found their service excellent. I usually deal with Bobby . But when he’s not in everyone has always been great. Their turnaround time is excellent and the prices are very competitive. Usually always better. I will only use Miller Brothers Chevrolet.

My car was vandalized took it them they kept a month

My car was vandalized took it them they kept a month insurance payed them 2400 dollars 3 days later took it back because check engine light come on and stable link he called me said they needed to pull my exhaust down that it had blown a fuel fuse and they needed to check for a bare wire 2017 SS Camaro with 30 thousand miles I said let's not do that he wanted 1100 dollars to look for bare wire so I authorize the to fix stable link problem which was 700 dollars he called me yesterday and said check engine light will be on because there getting a fuel pressure sensor code that's located on fuel rail under hood he never offed to replace it they were trying to get me to let them pull exhaust just so he could charge me 1100 dollars i will never take or recommend anyone to go there a complete rip off this is after they had my car a month unbelievable

I needed to get a key made for my chevrolet.

I needed to get a key made for my chevrolet. I arrived and they gave me the ridiculous price for it, I already knew they charged high prices for these keys and was prepared for that. I was willing and ready to pay, then they asked me for my registration. I'd already give them my VIN number but they wanted my registration and license. The issue is that I drive a company vehicle for work. I start work before parts department opens, I leave work after their parts department closes. That's not the real problem. The real problem is that I was told the reason that they needed the registration was because they were having problems with their key machine and that they needed my registration and driver's license. Please do not insult my intelligence. Obviously you're concerned about theft but you're lying to me and trying to tell me that it's something wrong with your key machine. At least be honest with me if you're going to inconvenience me. I will never return.
